Boarding.
We board 40 plus mares, both Flat and National Hunt giving advice with mating, sales, and can offer further services to their progeny.
Broodmares can be boarded here full time with 24 hour foaling supervision and walked into outside stallions if required.
The broodmares have access to all the nutrients and minerals that are required to promote good bone growth for their foals from this strong dairy land.
Store horses and Yearlings are broken in and prepared to a fitness ready to go into training.
Foaling.
Each year at Mickley we foal 120 plus mares in an isolated foaling unit, which is situated 2 miles from the Stud itself. We offer 24 hour supervision and care for the mares and foals.
